Yes. The scope may include design, foundations, manufacture, transport, installation, services and finishes. Responsibilities are set out clearly in the proposal.
How long does a modular home or hall take?
The programme depends on design, approvals, material availability and site conditions. Prefabrication allows activities to overlap and reduces time spent on site.
Do you only work in Szczecin?
No. We are based in Szczecin, but projects are delivered throughout Poland and selected European markets.
Do you prepare bespoke designs?
Yes. We can develop a concept from the outset or optimise documentation supplied by an investor, architect or engineer.
What is needed for an initial estimate?
Send the location, intended use, floor area, required standard and programme. Drawings or site photographs make the first review faster.
